Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

  • Q: How do I download & install the Idle app on iOS / Android?

A: You can get it from the App Store (for iOS) or Google Play Store (for Android). Search for “DriveIdle” or tap the direct link from our site.

  • Q: Why can’t I log in / I forgot my password?

A: Tap “Forgot Password” on the login screen. We’ll send you an email to reset your password. If you don’t receive it, check your spam/junk folder. If still no luck, contact us via the form below.

  • Q: The app is crashing / freezing. What should I do?

A: Try closing the app completely and reopening it. Ensure you have the latest version of the app. If the issue persists, reinstalling might help. If none of that works, send us a bug report (device model, OS version, what you did right before it crashed).

  • Q: How do I change / update my payment details / subscription?

A: Go to your account settings within the app → “Subscription / Billing.” Follow the prompts. If you run into errors, send us a screenshot of the issue.

  • Q: Where can I check the privacy policy / terms of service?
